Single Sided Cooker

Our Single Sided Cooker is one of our most energy efficient machines, as the space above the heating plates is tight and compact.

The product is moved through the machine on a PTFE belt.

Heating platens are placed under the belt.

The roof is insulated and so are the doors, to keep the heat inside of the machine.

This means you have both conduction on the lower side of the product and convection on the rest of the product.

The belt steering is automatic with sensors and a pneumatic system.

The belt tension is pneumatic.

Length depends on customer requirements and capacity.

About

The products being cooked get a crispy surface without losing weight, and the cooking itself is very fast. The speed of the PTFE-belt is adjustable, making the machine suitable for both cooking and pre-cooking. The belt is being cleaned with an inbuilt belt wash, maximizing the lifespan of the belt. The belt wash uses hot water, steam or both.

The MultiCooker can be delivered with a flipping device, which flips the products, so that the product gets a frying surface on both sides. The machine can also be delivered with one or multiple frying zones, making the machine even more flexible. The MultiCooker uses heating plates, hot air and steam. The heating plates gives a frying surface, the hot air increases the core temperature and the steam ensures maintained product weight.
