HOT STEAM COOKER – HSC
Can be delivered with a belt width of 600 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm. With one or more cooking zones. In each zone the fan, steam and heating is independently adjustable. More cooking zones increase flexibility.
Different fan options available. The steam is controlled by a Burkert valve where you can set the opening in %, together with a Vortex steam measurement to see the current steam consumption (kg/h).
The machine runs with a wire belt to move the product. The wire belt is either cleaned by hot water or by steam.
