Single Sided Cooker
Our Single Sided Cooker is one of our most energy efficient machines, as the space above the heating plates is tight and compact. The machine gives a crispy frying surface to the product, while increasing the core temperature simultaneously. The isolated ceiling and doors ensure that the temperature in the heat zone is held high. The plates at the in and out-feed are also isolated to minimize heat loss.
